Metrodent offers Individual plans starting at $85/year, Individual + 1 plans for $125/year and Family plans for $150. Group rates are also available.

Select Your Dentist
Metrodent Premier has hundreds of NY Metropolitan area dentists including general practitioners and specialists to choose from. All dentists must meet our credentialing standards in order to participate.
You can use any combination of general practitioners and specialists and change dentists at any time.

Make An Appointment
Call and schedule an appointment with a participating dentist. Identify yourself as a Metrodent Premier Member and you can start saving. The discounts have been pre-negotiated for you and are published.
Simply pay the dentist the Metrodent Premier Discounted Rate at the time of your visit.

Individuals residing in New York or New Jersey are eligible to join Metrodent. Individuals residing outside of New York and New Jersey are eligible to join Metrodent through our partnership with Careington International Corporation. To add a family member to your plan, contact MetrodentUSA at 1-844-638-3368. For assistance using your plan, please call Member Services at 1-800-290-0523.
MetrodentUSA offers three plans, each can be purchased as an Individual, Individual + 1 and Family. You can purchase on a yearly or monthly subscription. You may also be eligible for a discounted rate if you belong to a group or know another MetrodentUSA member. Please see the Sign Up page for a complete description of the cost to join each plan and apply any discount code.
You have the right to cancel within the first 30 days after effective date or receipt of membership materials (whichever is later) and receive a full refund, less the processing fee, if applicable. If for any reason during this time you are dissatisfied with the plan and wish to cancel and obtain a refund, you must submit a written cancellation request. MetrodentUSA will accept cancellation requests at any time and will stop collecting membership fees in a reasonable amount of time, but no later than 30 days after receiving a cancellation notice. Please send a cancellation letter and a request for refund with your name and member ID to MetrodentUSA, 303 Merrick Road, Lynbrook, NY 11563 or fax to 1-877-414-4069. You may also submit cancellation requests by email: Info@metrodentusa.com. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the plan for the remainder of the period for which you have paid; your membership will terminate at the end of that period. The preceding sentence does not apply to quarterly, semi-annual or annual memberships in FL, ND and OK, where you will receive a pro-rata refund whenever you cancel.
By joining a plan, you are authorizing MetrodentUSA to bill your credit card or checking account for the plan you have selected. This charge shall renew until you notify MetrodentUSA in writing of its cancellation. By joining you indicate you have read the terms and conditions of the plan. This plan will automatically renew at the end of your membership term, and your credit card or bank account will be automatically charged or drafted for the appropriate amount.
If you would like to file a complaint regarding your plan membership with MetrodentUSA, you must submit your complaint in writing to: MetrodentUSA, 303 Merrick Road, Lynbrook, NY 11563. You have the right to request an appeal if you are dissatisfied with the complaint resolution. After completing the complaint resolution process, if you remain dissatisfied you may contact your state insurance department.
